These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of My RV Journal, a product of Corvation LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date above. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
My RV Journal is a private, personal travel journaling application designed to help RV travelers record trips, campground stays, vehicle information, and travel memories for their own personal reference. It is not a campground review platform, social network, navigation tool, or campground discovery service.
You must create an account to use My RV Journal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately - you can do this from the Account page, or use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page if you are unable to log in. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts are for individual use only. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge.
My RV Journal offers both free and paid tiers, described below. You can use the app fully within the free plan's limits at no cost, or subscribe for unlimited access.
The following features are available to all users at no cost, on every plan:
Without an active paid subscription, an account is limited to 1 trip, the first 5 stops added to that trip (based on when each was created, not its travel dates), and 1 share link account-wide. Within those limits, adding or editing journal entries, notes, and photos, and using the arrival wizard, are all available at no cost.

If your subscription lapses, your existing data remains fully visible and accessible. You will not lose any information. Whichever trip you created first, and the first 5 stops within it, stay fully editable; everything beyond that becomes view-only until you resubscribe. You can still delete any trip or stop regardless of plan.
Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information ourselves - this is handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select).
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through the Account page. Canceling stops future renewal charges, but does not end your access immediately - your paid plan remains fully active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and only reverts to the free plan's limits once that period ends.
Promo codes may be issued at our discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to promotional purposes. Promo codes are non-transferable, may not be combined with other offers, and may have expiration dates. We reserve the right to revoke promo codes for any reason and at any time.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error or are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us at MyRVJournal@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will do our best to make it right. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in an annual subscription period.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we increase prices, we will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance. Your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All content you enter into My RV Journal - trips, notes, photos, vehicle information, and any other data - belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
By uploading content to the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content back to you as part of providing the service. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
You are responsible for the content you enter. Please do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or that you do not have the right to use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Corvation LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity. This does not apply to claims arising from our own negligence or violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent - all of your data, including trips, stops, journal entries, vehicle information, and photos, will be deleted and cannot be recovered. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at the email address on file.
My RV Journal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that data will never be lost. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no system is completely secure or infallible.
The information you store in this app - including vehicle specifications, tire pressures, or emergency information - is for your personal reference only. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information stored in the app. Always verify critical vehicle safety information with qualified professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corvation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
